No, you don't need to change your name to be in this clan. You do however need to change your name if you want to be promoted to a 1,2, or 3 star General. Also, in CoD4 change your clan tag to CB.

That is your uniform. There will be a little more strict one for the Elite just so we can know you are Elite, but nothing horrible.
